ARCH是一款针对小学生开发的中文学习应用，通过听、说、读、写四种方式让学生在快乐的心境下快速掌握与认读汉字相关的各方面知识。
该应用分为居家活动和课堂活动两种学习方式。其中，居家活动包含听说读写四部分，第一部分，了解汉字结构；第二部分，学习汉字发音；第三部分，感受汉字书写；第四部分，朗读汉字。这四个部分包含部首起源和我们来组词等趣味活动。课堂活动则是以小组的方式共同完成一幅汉字作品，让学生能够从生活场景中取材，搭建快乐的汉字提升阶梯，由形象到抽象，注重游戏的、生活的、问题的情景创设，让学生在快乐的氛围中提升汉字学习能力。
